Run the line.
Avoid the ghosts.

Your map

The map shows the start / finish location, the route line, contour lines, and magnetic north lines. No checkpoints.

Before you start

Put on your wristband.
Stand at the start / finish point.
Keep the wristband on for the entire run.

On course

Follow the line. Match every turn, loop, and reversal.
Do not shortcut. Finish at the same start / finish point.
Your wristband records contacts automatically. No punching.
Where terrain is flat or unclear, use your compass.

What counts

A clean run has a recorded start, all required stations in sequence, no ghost station contacts between them, and a recorded finish.

Follow the line. Route accuracy matters more than speed.
